Welcome to JacRickCraft2010, this is my blog because (honestly) i didn't want to pay for a web site.
I have been a crafter ever since i can remember, like most crafters i used to make stuff along with Tony Hart from the take hart fame in the 70's, blue peter and of course i was lucky enough to have a parent that was not only happy to let me wallow in piles of paper and glue but played along with me (thanks dad). I have from a very early age made cards and presents as all children do for family and friends but never seemed to grow out of it, my loved ones are now offended on the odd occasion that i have had to buy a card or present believing that i have not made the effort, which of course is not true, like most crafters there are not enough hours in the day.
The name JacRickCraft has come in loving memory of my brother Rick, who we sadly lost 5 years ago and is always with me not only in my heart but now in my business which of course i have to make work now.
I cannot only contain myself to one thing consequently i do try most things, in fact i try and find new stuff to try rather than continue what i have already learnt.
I have been meaning to get this project off the ground for years but now i have found some extra time on my hands with the kids all grown up i thought this would be my new challenge so please feel free to have a look around, all projects that are here are for sale and i can always personalise each item for you and also make things that are not already on the blog, you never know you may challenge me to a new craft that i have not yet tried.
